What the Role Involves
- Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher, following work set by the school.
- Maintaining a calm, focused classroom environment in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
- Clearly explaining and facilitating set tasks across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Supporting students with their work and escalating concerns to senior staff where necessary.
- Taking registers and providing written feedback to the class teacher after each session.

What We Need From You
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar role.
