Overview

Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) – Secondary School – Ealing – ASAP Start – 110 – 115 per day (depending on experience)

Youth Worker required for a mainstream secondary school in the borough of Ealing. This role involves providing behavioural and pastoral support to students and working as part of the school\’s behavioural team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1, in-class and out-of-class support to students.
  • Work with students who present challenging behaviour and build strong rapport with them.
  • Support students from diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Apply appropriate behaviour management strategies (Team Teach/Physical Intervention training is desirable).

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
