Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) – Secondary School – Bromley – ASAP Start – £110-£115 per day (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioural and pastoral support to students
  • Carry out 1:1, in‑class and outside‑class support as required
  • Work with students with challenging behaviour and build rapport
  • Maintain strong behaviour management skills; Team Teach/Physical Intervention training is desirable
