Overview

Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) – Secondary School – Ealing – ASAP Start – £110 – £115 per day (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioural and pastoral support to students
  • Deliver 1:1, in-class and outside-class support to students
  • Work with students with challenging behaviour and build a good rapport with them

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year\\\’s experience with young people, ideally in a school setting
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Team Teach/ physical intervention training is desirable
  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
