We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the learning and development of our students, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities – Teaching Assistant – Hounslow Provide support to the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities. Assist with the preparation of learning resources and materials. Offer one-on-one and small group support to students, both in and outside of the classroom. Help students with their academic, social, and emotional development. Support children with additional needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN). Assist with classroom management, encouraging positive behaviour. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher. Supervise students during break times and lunch, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.The Ideal Candidate – Teaching Assistant – Hounslow Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential). A caring, patient, and empathetic nature. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A passion for working with children and helping them to achieve their best.
