Pastoral Support Worker required to join a Mainstream Secondary School located in Newham.
The role involves working closely with students to improve their attendance, behaviour, and learning potential.
This position is available Full Time - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Behaviour Team and Pastoral Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Pastoral Support Worker to join a fantastic Mainstream Secondary School based in the borough of Newham. You will be an experienced individual monitoring behaviour and student progress.
You will collaborate with the Head of Years and other staff members of the behaviour and pastoral team to create a positive and encouraging environment for students.
As an experienced Pastoral Support Worker, you will be responsible for monitoring students' attendance and behaviour, identifying students at potential risk, and working alongside external agencies.
The school is diverse and highly supportive, looking to appoint an enthusiastic Pastoral Support Worker starting ASAP on a long-term contract with the potential of turning permanent after 3 school terms.
