You will be working alongside the Head of Years and other staff members of behaviour and pastoral team to create a positive and encouraging environment for students. You will be responsible for monitoring student\’s attendance, behaviour and identifying students at potential risk, and working alongside external agencies. You will have a passion to help shape students future bright!
