Responsibilities
- Join a mainstream secondary school.
- Work alongside and supervise the Behaviour/Pastoral Team.
- Monitor students\’ attendance, behaviour, and identify students at potential risk.
- Collaborate with the Head of Years and other staff members to create a positive and encouraging environment.
- Work with external agencies as necessary.
- Provide support and guidance to students to help shape a bright future.
