This is a permanent contract position starting ASAP. Pay range: £25,000 – £27,498 per annum. Pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Join a mainstream secondary school.
  • Work alongside and supervise the Behaviour/Pastoral Team.
  • Monitor students\’ attendance, behaviour, and identify students at potential risk.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Years and other staff members to create a positive and encouraging environment.
  • Work with external agencies as necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance to students to help shape a bright future.

Qualifications

  • Previous school experience.
  • Experience as a behaviour specialist or pastoral manager.
