Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pastoral Manager to join a fantastic mainstream secondary school based in the borough of Brent. You will be an experienced individual working closely with students monitoring behaviour and student progress. You will be working alongside the Head of Years and other staff members of behaviour and pastoral team to create a positive and encouraging environment for students. You will be responsible for monitoring student attendance, behaviour and identifying students at potential risk, and working alongside external agencies. You will have a passion to help shape students future bright!

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with students to monitor behaviour and student progress.
  • Collaborate with Head of Years and the behaviour/pastoral team to create a positive environment for students.
  • Monitor attendance and identify students at potential risk.
  • Coordinate with external agencies as needed to support students.

This is a diverse, highly supportive mainstream secondary school who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Pastoral Manager ASAP. Qualifications & Experience

  • Pastoral Manager with previous school experience.
  • Experience as a behaviour specialist or similar role.
  • Ability to supervise and work alongside the Behaviour/Pastoral Team.
