The Role – Pastoral Manager – Newham
This is an exciting opportunity for a Pastoral Manager to join a fantastic Mainstream Secondary School based in the borough of Newham. You will be an experienced individual working closely with students monitoring behaviour and student progress. You will be working alongside the Head of Years and other staff members of behaviour and pastoral team to create a positive and encouraging environment for students. You will be responsible for monitoring student\’s attendance, behaviour and identifying students at potential risk, and working alongside external agencies. You will have a passion to help shape students future bright!
