SEN Teacher - Tower Hamlets in North East

SEN Teacher – Newham – Immediate Start – Long Term Role – 180 – 210 per day (dependant on experience)

SEN Teacher required for a SEN School based in Newham.

Long‑Term Role starting ASAP teaching KS3–KS4.

A specialist SEN Teacher with previous experience working with individuals with ASD and challenging behaviour is essential. Experience working with challenging behaviour and strong behaviour management skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach KS3 & KS4 classes.
• Provide specialist support to pupils with SEN, including ASD and challenging behaviour.
• Teach English, Maths or Science as applicable.
• Maintain a Good Ofsted record.

Requirements

• Hold QTS.
• Experience with individuals with ASD and challenging behaviour.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Calm and patient approach.
• Good Ofsted record.
• Immediate start and willingness for a long-term contract.
