The Role: We are looking for a strong and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a Secondary School. You will be working closely with students facing behaviour problems due to various aspects such as ADHD, social and emotional issues, or life traumas. You will be required to provide 1:1 support and in-class support to the students on a day-to-day basis. You will also be supporting students during lunch and morning breaks, as well as after school, and patrolling during lesson times to ensure all students are in class. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will help manage the child's behaviour as well as supporting them with their learning. Physical Intervention training is highly desirable.
