Learning Mentor – Lambeth – Secondary school – Immediately – £100 – £120 a day

Teach 360 are currently seeking a Learning Mentor to join their support staffing team. The ideal learning mentor will need to be someone who has experience working with young people who either have challenging behaviour or SEN needs.

Do you have experience working with students who exhibit challenging behaviours, or those with SEMH or SEN needs? Responsibilities

  • Identify and support students with EHCP plans, offering mentoring and assistance.
  • Work with students in small groups or one-on-one.
  • Implement interventions tailored to individual student need.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and the behavioural team to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Deescalate challenging behaviours calmly and proactively.
  • Build strong rapport with students.
  • Plan and create educational resources.
  • Liaise with the SEN Coordinator (SenCo).
