Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) – Secondary School – Hounslow

ASAP Start – £115‑£117 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to join our behavioural team at a mainstream secondary school in the borough of Hounslow. The role involves providing behavioural and pastoral support, including 1:1, in-class, and outside-class support to students with challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioural and pastoral support to students from diverse backgrounds
• Provide 1:1, in-class and outside-class support to students
• Collaborate closely with the Behaviour Support Team

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Team Teach or Physical Intervention training (desirable)
• Empathetic approach and ability to build excellent rapport with students
