The Role - Special Educational Needs Teacher - Camden
We are looking for an experienced Special Educational Needs Teacher who has the ability to plan and deliver a range of differentiated lessons that meets the individual needs of each child. This lovely natured SEN School caters for students aged 11-19 with SLD, PMLD and ASD. Many students at this school also have Autism Spectrum Disorder or Challenging Behaviour so strong behaviour management skills are essential. Students at this level would be working below the national curriculum levels and would follow a sensory curriculum so experience using MAKATON and PECS is desirable.
