The Role Depending on the assignment, you may be:
- Delivering engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
- Teaching a designated class across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Taking on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation and marking
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting learning where required
- Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
