The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you may be required to:
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or within small groups.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide classroom support across a variety of educational settings.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs where required.
- Help create a positive, nurturing and safe learning environment.
- Promote pupil engagement, confidence, wellbeing and independence.

- Previous experience working with children or young people.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
