Keep Education are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support Secondary Schools in Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom supervisors looking for flexible and rewarding work.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and complete set work.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and support student engagement.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Provide feedback to teachers and senior staff on student progress and behaviour.
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and school procedures at all times.
Education & Experience
