Keep Education are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to work within Secondary Schools across Dunstable and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom supervisors to gain hands-on experience in education.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused and complete set work.

* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and manage classroom behaviour effectively.

* Create a positive learning atmosphere and encourage student engagement.

* Follow school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety.

* Report feedback to the teaching team and senior staff.

Education & Experience

* Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

* A-Levels or a Degree preferred.

* Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g. Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Sports Coach) is desirable.

* Classroom management experience advantageous but not essential – full guidance provided.
