We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Music Teacher to join a supportive secondary school on a full-time supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact while delivering engaging and creative music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role
- Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation and marking.
- Deliver high-quality Music lessons that inspire creativity, confidence and a love of music.
- Assess, monitor and support student progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that enables all students to succeed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Music within a secondary school setting.
- Knowledge of the secondary Music curriculum.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to raising standards and supporting student achievement.
