Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and inspire a Year 5 class to ensure success for all pupils.
Participate in CPD and work collaboratively to achieve school goals.
Contribute to a positive ethos where all pupils have access to a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum.
Support pupils to overcome learning barriers and reach their potential.
Supervise and assess lesson plans and deliver student‑centred learning.
Maintain accurate records and parent communication.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
Experience working with Year 5 pupils or equivalent.
Strong commitment to CPD and teamwork.
Knowledge of the national curriculum for Year 5.
