This position would suit a strong-willed and confident Psychology graduate who has;
β’ A first-class degree and a pure passion for equal education for all
β’ A positive attitude towards learning that will keep pupils motivated even when tackling complex topics.
β’ Has previously supported SEN students with Behavioural and Emotional needs
β’ The ability to build positive relationships with all pupils including families and staff
β’ Use your knowledge of the children to effectively deliver engaging lessons
β’ Working 1:1 and on a small group basis
β’ You will be responsible for ensuring that each child has complete access to their education and school life
