Teach South seeks Primary SEN Teaching Assistants Required for a supportive primary special school in Worthing. The Role:
- Supporting pupils with a variety of learning needs, both 1:1, 2:1 and in small groups

- Assisting with personal care and daily routines where required
- Building trusted relationships with pupils to support their emotional, social, and academic development
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, or relevant experience with children more broadly (education, childcare, youth work, etc.)
- A genuinely kind, patient, and caring nature
- Resilient & Flexible approach
- Strong communication skills and a real passion for inclusive education
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
