Are you a graduate considering teacher training, or do you already have experience working with children? We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students at a secondary school in Crowborough.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in education and make a positive difference to young people’s learning and wellbeing. You’ll work with teachers and other staff to help students engage with lessons, build confidence and reach their potential.
What you’ll do
- Support students in the classroom and with their learning
- Work with teachers to help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Encourage students’ confidence, participation and independence
- Offer support to students who may need additional help
