Teach South is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for our preschool team in Hailsham, East Sussex.
The role focuses on supporting EYFS planning, delivery, and assessment for children aged 2-4, under the leadership of the Preschool Leader and teaching staff.
You will lead small groups and whole-class activities when needed, observe and record progress, promote wellbeing, and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment that supports every child to thrive.
