SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Bexhill, East Sussex, this September.
This is a full-time opportunity supporting children and young people with a wide range of additional learning needs. km,,,,,,,,,,./;;;;
Your Role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and the wider school team to provide consistent support throughout the school day.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting students during lessons, both individually and in small groups.
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Encouraging student engagement, confidence, and independence.
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
Helping to promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
