Teaching Assistants Required – East Sussex Teach South Sussex is currently working in partnership with a variety of primary, secondary, and specialist schools across East Sussex to recruit enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Teaching Assistants.

While experience is beneficial, it is not essential - we welcome applicants who are passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities Supporting pupils during lessons to help them engage with learning.
Working one-to-one or with small groups to provide additional support.
Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and daily learning activities.
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and achieve their individual goals.
