SEN Secondary Teaching Assistant - Bexhill, East Sussex
Teach South Kent is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Bexhill, East Sussex, this September.
This is a full-time opportunity supporting children and young people with a wide range of additional learning needs.
Your Role
- Supporting students during lessons, both individually and in small groups.
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
- Encouraging student engagement, confidence, and independence.
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
- Helping to promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
