The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with autism. Support pupils both in the classroom and around the school. Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible learning. Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Help students develop independence, communication and social skills. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families. About You We're looking for someone who: Has experience supporting children or young people (school, SEN, care, youth work or similar). Has an understanding of autism and additional learning needs (experience is desirable but not essential). Is patient, resilient and compassionate. Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. Is committed to helping every student succeed. What We Offer
Β£105 per day
paid weekly via PAYE. Full-time, term-time position. September start. Ongoing support from a dedicated education recruitment consultant.
