Cover Supervisors . These roles provide invaluable classroom experience if you are thinking about future teacher training and are an excellent way to build confidence, develop transferable skills, and discover whether teaching is the right career for you.
What will you be doing? Depending on the role, you could be: Supporting students in lessons on a one-to-one or small-group basis. Assisting teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences. Supervising whole classes during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson plans (Cover Supervisor). Encouraging positive behaviour and helping students reach their potential. Gaining hands-on experience in a variety of school settings. Who we're looking forWe're looking for graduates who are: Degree educated in
any subject . Passionate about making a difference to young people's lives. Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills. Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn. Considering a future in teaching or education. Previous school experience is welcomed but
