We are working with specialist and alternative provision settings across Crowborough and East Sussex and are looking for teachers who can support young people with a range of additional needs. We are also keen to hear from mainstream secondary teachers who are interested in moving into SEND. We are looking for teachers with:
QTS or relevant teaching experience Experience working with pupils with SEND, SEMH or additional needs Strong behaviour management Patience, resilience and consistency The ability to build positive relationships A nurturing but structured approach We offer:
