Early Years Practitioners and Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming primary schools and nursery settings across
Brighton .
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals who enjoy supporting young children in their learning and development within a nurturing environment.
The
Role: Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Assisting with engaging play-based learning activities.
Working one-to-one and in small groups to support children's development.
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, speech and language needs, and developmental delays where required.
Providing personal care, including toileting and changing, while maintaining the child's dignity and promoting independence.
Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Have: Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
Confidence supporting children with additional needs (desirable but not essential).
Willingness to provide personal care where required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential for experienced candidates.
