Teach South are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and highly supportive specialist college that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant(s) to join their team this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in helping students develop their independence, confidence, and life skills in a nurturing learning environment.

The Role

  • Support students both in the classroom and during practical activities.
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning.
  • Encourage independence while providing appropriate care and support.
  • Build positive relationships with students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Who We're Looking For

Experience working in a school is welcomed but not essential. We are keen to hear from people with transferable skills and experience from backgrounds such as:
