Are you a PE Teacher looking for flexible work from September? We are supporting secondary schools across Hastings and the surrounding areas with their need for PE Teachers on a supply basis. From individual days of cover to longer-term placements, there are opportunities available whether you're looking for flexibility or more consistent work.
The role:
- Teaching PE across KS3 and KS4
- Delivering practical and theory-based PE lessons
- Supporting students to develop their sporting skills
- Encouraging participation and positive attitudes towards physical activity
- Planning lessons for longer-term placements
- Managing practical lessons and groups effectively
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour and safety
- Supporting students of different abilities
We are looking for:
- QTS or relevant teaching experience
- Experience teaching PE at secondary level
- Good knowledge across a range of sports
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- Enthusiasm for sport and education
- A positive and adaptable approach
