Teach South Kent is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for our Hailsham preschool. The role supports EYFS planning, delivery and assessment, and may lead activities to aid children's development in a nurturing, safe environment.
You will work with the Preschool Leader, teachers and SEND team to support individual progress and foster positive relationships with children and families, contributing to high-quality early years education.
