Are you a teacher with SEND experience looking for a new opportunity from September? We are working with specialist and alternative provision settings across Crowborough and East Sussex and are looking for teachers who can support young people with a range of additional needs. We are also keen to hear from mainstream secondary teachers who are interested in moving into SEND.
We are looking for teachers with:
- QTS or relevant teaching experience
- Experience working with pupils with SEND, SEMH or additional needs
- Strong behaviour management
- Patience, resilience and consistency
- The ability to build positive relationships
- A nurturing but structured approach
