We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team, providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s educational journey while working closely with our experienced staff. Vacancies available across all TEACH schools. Fixed‑term positions, linked to SEN funding, will continue for as long as the pupil requires additional support.
Grade D (Points 5‑6) £25,584 to £25,989 per annum pro‑rata (actual salary c. £16,508.12‑£16,769.45 for 28.75 hours per week at Canford Heath Infant and Ad Astra Infant School; actual salary c. £17,225.87‑£17,498.56 for 30 hours per week at Canford Heath Junior and Haymoor Junior School). Required start: September 2026.

About the Role
As a member of the TEACH Poole Multi‑Academy Trust, you will carry out duties at any of the four schools. You will work closely with the Head of Inclusion and SEND and teaching staff to implement pupils’ Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and provide one‑on‑one or small‑group support to help them achieve their full potential.
