Teach Plus are currently working with a 'GOOD' three-form school in Willesden who are looking for an experienced Year 2 teacher to join the team from September.
The primary school believe that through their inspirational curriculum they can nurture pupils' interests and help develop and deepen their knowledge.
The primary school are looking for a year 2 teacher to join and excel the students learning as they prepare for KS2.
As a Year 2 Teacher you will be required to:
- Take on full KS2 Class Teacher responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
- Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression
- Provide a calm, constructive working environment to enable the pupils to carry out the planned work
The ideal candidate for a Year 2 Teacher will have:
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Recent KS2 (Year 2 Teacher or similar) experience, either within student placements or responsible for your own class
- A strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year
- UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS
