Job Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, following the school's planning and curriculum requirements. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils. Adapt teaching approaches to meet the individual learning needs and abilities of pupils across different primary year groups. Maintain continuity of learning by following lesson plans and providing appropriate support to pupils throughout the school day. Build positive relationships with pupils, teaching assistants and school staff to support a collaborative learning environment. Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures, ensuring the welfare and safety of all pupils at all times.
