Role Responsibilities – EYFS / KS1 Teacher
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can succeed
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage or Key Stage 1 National Curriculum
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress and attainment
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
- Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
