Teach Plus are currently working with primary school located in the Wandsworth area who are seeking a SENCo to join them from September 2025.
As a SENCo, you will be required to:
- Track progress of pupils with SEN and develop strategic interventions
- Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive teaching practices
- Be able to write clear pupil reports, targets, annual reviews and EHCP\’s
- Adapt teaching and learning to meet the needs of each individual child
- Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression
- Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school
The ideal candidate for the SENCo role will have:
- Experience as a SENCo, ideally within primary settings
- A strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year
- UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
- National Award for SEN Coordination
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
