Qualifications/Experience To be successful as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need: An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service. The right to work in the UK. Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with Autism is desirable. A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature with strong communication skills.
