About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a unique early years setting on a full-time basis. This role is within a provision that follows an open‑air, play‑based approach for children aged approximately two to five, with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning and child‑led exploration. As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner you will support children through hands‑on experiences that build confidence and independence. The setting offers funded places with a main September intake alongside year‑round applications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nurturing, community‑focused environment where families are highly engaged and a consistent, experienced team contributes to strong staff satisfaction and a collaborative working culture.
