Job Responsibilities- Support the class teacher and Early Years team in delivering engaging learning activities
- Assist children with their social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents across the setting
- Observe and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to the class teacher where appropriate
- Support with classroom preparation, resources, and daily routines
- Experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
