Teach Plus are currently working with a welcoming primary school in West London that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a strong understanding of EYFS to support children's learning, development and wellbeing within a nurturing school environment. Job Responsibilities
- Support pupils across the EYFS setting with their learning, development and day-to-day activities
- Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
- Develop positive relationships with children, encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
- Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support based on individual learning and developmental needs
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe and record children's progress, sharing relevant information with the class teacher and wider team
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum CACHE Level 3 in EYFS Childcare
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant/Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role
- Strong EYFS knowledge
- Minimum of 3 months UK experience
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
