Key Responsibilities – Level 3 Practitioner
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver engaging activities and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Provide high‑quality childcare and early years education

- Support children\’s social, emotional, language, and physical development
- Work closely with teachers, practitioners, and parents/carers
- Observe, assess, and record children\’s progress and development

Qualifications / Experience
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery, pre‑school, or early years setting
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to childcare
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and child development
Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
