About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join a premium independent early-learning setting for children aged 2-5. This Level 3 Practitioner role is based in a highly structured yet nurturing environment that delivers an accelerated curriculum rooted in playful inquiry.

The setting blends Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Multiple Intelligences, and academic mastery approaches to support curiosity, independence, and emotional confidence. As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will work within a calm, supportive environment with a strong emphasis on phonics, maths, communication, and the arts, while promoting values such as respect, resilience, empathy, and self-confidence. Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning activities as a Level 3 Practitioner

  • Support children\’s progress across early literacy, numeracy, communication, and creative development

Qualifications

  • Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

  • Previous experience working in an early years setting (preferred for this Level 3 Practitioner role)

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

  • Right to work in the UK
