About the role/school
Teach Plus are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, maintained nursery school situated in Shepherd\’s Bush, catering for children aged between 1 and 5 years. The school offers an inspiring learning environment including free-flow classrooms, a large natural outdoor space, and an on-site \’little forest school\’ where children can explore nature and develop through play-based learning.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a supportive and dedicated team that places children\’s curiosity, independence, and creativity at the heart of learning.
Job Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with the daily running of the classroom.

Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to promote engagement and progress.

Assist children in accessing the outdoor and forest school provision.

Help foster a positive, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.

Support children\’s social, emotional, and educational development.
Qualifications/Experience
To be considered for this Early Years Teaching Assistant role, you will need:
