The school offers an inspiring learning environment including free-flow classrooms, a large natural outdoor space, and an on-site \’little forest school\’ where children can explore nature and develop through play-based learning. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a supportive and dedicated team that places children\’s curiosity, independence, and creativity at the heart of learning. Job Responsibilities Support the class teacher with the daily running of the classroom. Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to promote engagement and progress.
