Year 3 Class Teacher | ASAP
Location: Southall, Ealing
Full time, 5 days per week
Salary: M1 Inner London: £ 38,766 – UPS3 £60,092
Teach Plus are currently working with a 2-form entry primary school located in Southall, who are seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join them ASAP.
The school is a welcoming, supporting, 'Good' primary school where children are genuinely happy to come to school and learn. They offer an ambitious curriculum and set high standards for pupils. The senior leadership team are incredibly supported and offer an open-door policy, staff feel valued and appreciated.
The school are looking for a confident, knowledgeable Year 3 Class Teacher to join them ASAP.
As a Year 3 Class Teacher you will be required to:
- Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum
- Use a range of different primary class teacher strategies and resources to support pupils' learning and development, including learning through play, phonics, and early numeracy skills.
- Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression
- Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school
The ideal candidate for the Year 3 Class Teacher role will have:
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Recent primary class teacher experience within a primary school setting
- A strong work ethic who is willing to commit for at least one academic year
- UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
