We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Church of England primary school located in Kilburn. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them to reach their full potential both academically and socially.
Job Responsibilities:- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs in the classroom.
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering learning activities tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support for targeted interventions.
- Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress to class teachers and school leadership.
- Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Supporting the school's ethos and values in all interactions with pupils, staff, and parents.
