We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenford, Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a nurturing environment. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students to thrive academically and socially.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis as a SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Helping students develop confidence, independence, and social skills
  • Working collaboratively with staff and external professionals as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
  • Right to work in the UK
